Great service and catered to our personal needs, they treat you as if your one of their family and keep you informed at every step of the way. They went above and beyond looking after our loved one, we knew Sarah was in safe hands. 5-star service. They even acknowledged that pets are part of families and will allow you to incorporate them in the process, as much as you want. We would recommend them every time. Well done and thank you James and the team
It does indeed seem odd to review a buisness of this nature, but it is a time when you really need compassion, and James Family Services was this and more to my family and I. Unfortunately, we have had to use the servcies of James’ Family Services twice this year. The fact we decided to use them for the most recent loss speaks for itself. Nothing is too much trouble, they are at the end of the phone night and day, and show nothing but kindness and respect for the family, and indeed loved ones we lost.
